We just started our second month of agility & strength training at K2!! Coach Tom Paszko has years of experience training athletes to improve their verticals and their quickness on the court. Let the results speak for themselves: athletes that have been working with Tom have already increased their vertical; on e athlete by by 2 inches!!! If you really want to take your game to the next level, why not pair strength and agility training with your athletes practice schedule. The schedules are flexible to fit all team’s practice schedules. All athletes are welcome to come to any session and you can come as often as you would like.
The cost is $75 per month for 3 sessions a week, $50 a month for 2 sessions a week, or $10 per session.
Monday/Wednesday/Friday– 5:00-6:00pm
Tuesday/Thursday– 7:00-8:00pm
