A remarkable 12-year collegiate coaching career has cultivated Justin’s mastery of volleyball recruiting, ensuring Flow State Volley families experience a seamless journey.

Notably, he spent a decade in the college recruiting coordinator’s role, honing his profound insights within the ever-changing landscape of college recruiting.

Serving as both a head and assistant coach, his experience spans the Division I, Division III, and NAIA levels. While securing Belmont University’s first Top-50 recruiting class in 2020, Justin simultaneously served as the recruiting coordinator for Tennessee Performance Volleyball, maintaining a 100% commitment rate.
