Youth Developmental Program
This program is for ages 10u, 11u, 12u, and 13u
- Tryouts October 18th and 19th
- Season December – April
- November : optional training
- Season will end April 26th
- Practice 2x a week, Tuesdays and Thursday’s: 4:30-6:15pm
- Teams will be created based on skill and age
- Master Coaching with emphasis on individual players skill development
- DEVELOPMENT is the Goal
- Our goal is to minimize travel costs at this age. However, we do our best to make our schedule competitive to help challenge our players.
- We are extremely flexible with kids missing due to other activities at this age. We encourage and appreciate kids participating in multiple sports!
- Playing time is guaranteed on teams, goal is development of every player
- Master Coaching by Deidre Keeble, Nicklin Hames Hickman, and Brent Carter
HOW DO TRYOUTS WORK?
At the 10-13s age group, all teams are formed the day of tryouts. Players will go through a series of skill stations and will be evaluated using an app called TeamGenius. By using this app, we are able to get evaluations from 8-10 coaches on each player. This helps us see a true picture of each players’ strengths and weaknesses. We will use this information to place kids onto teams that will help challenge them as well as give them room to succeed and have fun!
All rosters are emailed out 24-48 hours following the tryout!
