admission prices:

Admission will be CASH ONLY

$20 per person for the weekend or $10 per person a day

we will be selling admission tickets in the lobby of the sevierville convention center  friday night from 5:00-7:00pm.  tickets can also be purchased on saturday & sunday starting at 7:00am

doors will open saturday morning at 7:00 am 

Team Check-In:

we will have team Check-In open FRIDAY mAY 6th FROM
5:00PM-7:00PM IN THE LOBBY OF the sevierville convention center

reminder: teams need to register prior to their pool play starting.

players & coaches will be able to access the gym through the side entrance to the left of the convention center during the tournament starting at 7:00am saturday & sunday.

please have rosters updated by thursday at noon.

as this is a jva event coaches will need to sign the jva coaches check-in form.

Coolers/Food/Chairs:

no outside food, beverage, or chairs will be allowed into the facility.  Concessions will be provided by the Sevierville convention center.  There is a food court along with other food vendors.

parking:

if you are staying off-site parking is $5 per day at the sevierville convention center

wilderness at the smokies resort:

there are extra rooms available still at the wilderness at the smokies resort.  the hotel is attached to the sevierville convention center.  come experience the indoor and outdoor waterparks!
